Blackcurrant Curd


This carefully blended product is delicious used as a topping in all pastry cooking, use as a filling to sponge cakes, or spread thickly on fresh buttered bread or newly baked scones.


Sugar, blackcurrant juice (32.5%), pasteurised whole egg, butter (milk), lemon juice, agar, citric acid.
