This carefully blended product is delicious used as a topping in all pastry cooking, use as a filling to sponge cakes, or spread thickly on fresh buttered bread or newly baked scones.


Sugar, pasteurised whole egg, ginger (14.4%), butter (milk), lemon juice, citric acid, agar.
