This carefully blended product is delicious used as a topping in all pastry cooking, use as a filling to sponge cakes, or spread thickly on fresh buttered bread or newly baked scones.


Sugar, Eggs (18.8%), Butter (10%), Concentrated Lemon Juice, Comminute (7.5%), Lemon Oil. Gelling Agent: Agar. Contains eggs and sulphur dioxide.
