Pickled Walnuts in Spiced Cider Vinegar


These English Walnuts have been picked in August whilst green and still soft, trimmed, and placed in brine. They are them air-cured until completely black and pickled in small batches during the Autumn.The result is a truly distinctive condiment ideal for the cheese board
